More about the Headers & Cats upgrade.....

Looking to seriously improve the performance of your UZJ100, LX470 or 100 Series Landcruiser [which ever your badging falls under] Installing a set of Extractors and High Flow Catalytic Converters allows the engine to breathe better by improving exhaust gas flow. In addition you also benefit from less restriction with larger diameter pipework in the headers and also the cat converter pipes. The high flow cat converters are much less restrictive than the factory ones which is another reason you receive instant performance gains.

Frequently Asked Questions on this exhaust upgrade

Will the engine lights come on with the installation of high flow catalytic converters?
Our left and right high flow cats have the spacer incorporated into the o2 Toyota Sensor mount which enables the override of the sensors.
The sensor mount flange is still a direct bolt on fitment and doesn't require any modification

Do I need to oxygen sensor extensions for the headers/extractors as the O2 location is different?
The Rhino Exhaust headers/extractors O2 location is a little further back than the factory position and at first glance it appears that the sensors are will not reach. They will however reach, you may just need to unclip where they are held up against the body, near the heat guard and that will provide the required length. We do suggest to use a little clip or cable tie to ensure that the sensors dont loosely hang around the headers/extractors but you definitely don't need new looms or loom extensions.

Will the headers/extractors and high flow cats bolt up to the standard factory exhaust?
Yes the headers/extractors and high flow cats will bolt up the standard exhaust system flanges.
