$30 Delivery Fee

We offer a ‘flat rate shipping’ fee of $30 for most metropolitan areas across Australia. For remote or regional areas, we may request that you collect you package from a freight depot or we may request additional charges for heavy or bulky items. 3-Year Product Warranty

All Rhino Exhaust products come with a 3-year warranty, demonstrating our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This warranty covers structural defects like weld failures or muffler defects. Damage due to negligence or normal wear and tear, such as material discoloration, is not covered. Warranty claims are covered in the form of a replacement - we do not provide a refund for faulty or defect items.

60-Day Returns

We offer a 60-day return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must be unused, in brand new condition, and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included. Sealed packages must remain sealed. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
