Can I pick up my order?
We don’t offer pick-ups. Our Darra Office doesn’t hold stock for pickups. We have large warehouses, some of which are managed by third-party contractors and all orders are despatched on couriers.
How long will my order take to be sent?
Our warehouses process orders exceptionally quick and orders are despatched same day or the next day. If there is a delay on a specific item our customer service team will contact you through the email address that you purchased with and inform you regarding this.
What grade of steel are the 4WD exhausts manufactured from?
A large majority of our 4WD Exhausts are manufactured from aluminised mild steel and depending on the exhaust design and type we also offer high quality options of 409 grade stainless steel and 304 grade stainless steel (mainly just for the Toyota Landcruisers at this stage).

Is it $30 flate rate shipping to all locations?
We continually strive to offer $30 flat rate freight charge for our exhaust kits to most capital cities. The website automatically charges $30 per transaction and makes the checkout process flow quick and easily. There are some large packages now that freight companies charge us handling fees and surcharges on so we have to add some of this cost on, particularly to those in regional and remote areas. Does Rhino Exhaust offer trade discounts?
Rhino Exhaust is focused on selling at competitive prices to both consumers and also workshops but at this stage we dont offer trade discounts.
