Will the engine lights come on with the installation of high flow catalytic converters?
Our left and right high flow cats have a spacer incorporated into the O2 Sensor port which enables the override of the sensors so the ECU wont recognise that high flow cats have been installed.

Do I need to oxygen sensor extensions for the dump pipes?
No. The O2 sensors are an easy fix, just swap the drivers side with the passenger and visa versa and they will both reach.

Will the Rhino Exhaust dump pipe and high flow cats bolt up to the standard factory exhaust?
Yes, our exhaust upgrade exhaust kit has been designed to be a simple change out of the OEM system and bolts to the standard factory centre exhaust assembly. This ensures that your exhaust mode selection option of Quiet, Normal, Sport, and Baja all remain.

What are the benefits of upgrading to the Rhino Exhaust dump pipes and high flow cats to suit the Next Gen Ford Ranger Raptor?
Performance. The factory exhaust is restricted with enormous 400cell catalysts that are 300mm in length so the larger pipework, high flow catalyst and aerodynamic design provide optimal exhaust gas flow design which has a direct result to performance.
Sound. Interestingly when there is significant exhaust flow improvement, the exhaust naturally will sound different. In the case of the Raptor the sound is deeper and more lumpy, even on cold start there is a notable difference!
