Shipping – Australia

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to despatch your order the same day during normal trading week days.

Please note that we have a '$30 Flat Rate Shipping Fee' which applies to most metropolitan areas across Australia. For some remote and regional areas, we may request that you collect the package from a depot nearby your delivery address or may request for additional freight for heavy, bulky items – you can verify if there is any additional freight to be charged by simply contacting our customer service team at info@rhinoexhaust.com.au 

Shipping – International

For shipping outside to Australia, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@rhinoexhaust.com.au with the product that you are interested in purchasing and your exact location

Rhino Exhaust orders may be subject to import taxes or inspections by the local customs service. These are usually based on the country you are shipping to and are unique to that country. Taxes and local custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer and not included our pricing

Returns

Rhino Exhaust offer 60 days return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your product. That means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us up to 60 days after you have received it for either exchange or refund (excluding original delivery costs). To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items returned must be received by us in brand new, unused condition, uninstalled, sealed in their original shipping packaging, and including all parts and accessories. Any sealed packages must remain sealed. If this is not the case, the return may be rejected or only partially refunded. Due to high transaction, warehousing and shipping fees, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds.

The return costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We highly recommend the item be returned with a verifiable tracking number. Rhino Exhaust will not accept risk of returned items going missing or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
